Post and Packing
Prices shown are inclusive of post and packing.
These postage charges are only for mainland UK addresses. If you would like your
order delivered elsewhere please e-mail us on admin@thebabycafe.org to find out
the cost.
Delivery
Your order will be despatched by post.. For in stock items your order will
be despatched within 2-3 working days (UK mainland). Where items are delivered
direct from the supplier expected delivery times are indicated in the product
descriptions.
We always obtain a certificate of posting from the post office. If any items are
out of stock they will be despatched to you as soon as stock becomes available.
We will contact you to let you know if this is the case.
Exchanges, Returns and Cancellation
We will refund your money without question if goods are returned in their
original condition and carefully packed. This does not affect your statutory
rights.
We regret that postage and packing cannot be refunded. Please also obtain a
certificate of posting from the post office when returning goods, as we cannot
be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us.
